Now that we've had some time to whet our appitites with AAC 2.0, I've got a few things to suggest, provided they are even being contemplated in 3.0.
Firstly, the Threat Indicator. That Red/Yellow/Green/Grey circle by the animals when we attack them. In 2.0, there are many cases where a green circle still nets you ZERO experience. Man, that is frustrating. If there is going to be a threat indicator in 3.0, I would like to see if tied more closely to the Exp reward. Anything that will give you zero exp should be grey, always. I don't know if the calculation for exp payout need to be adjusted, but if exp = 0, then circle = grey.
Secondly, there will be a point where even Bombles will pay out 0 exp, effectively meaning "Game Over". I would like to see some small exp rewards even at high levels. Say, group the animals in sort of Threat Classes. Sheep, Rams, Rabbits, all class 1; Raccon, Goose and Beaver class 2; Deer and Moose class 3, Bears class 4, Bombles class 5. Now, if the animals are down to where they're greyed out, no threat, then you get exp equal to thier class level for killing them (likely in one hit) Now, that does mean someone level 75 could level up by killing sheep, yes, but it would take one thousand sheep before they could. By that time, even Bombles would be grey, so that would mean 200 bombles for each level, and that's no easy task. But always at least 1 exp from a kill, to keep the game from being "Won"
That's all I have right now. I'm going back to play some more AAC 2.0! Thanks Crazyball!
